Dr. Joe Buchman was the second person to openly address the ET/Disclosure issues while on the November ballot in a congressional election (Utah 1st District, 2008). The first was PRG executive director Stephen Bassett (Maryland 8th District, 2002), and the third was Dr. Ken Hildebrandt (Utah 5th District, 2012). Still waiting for a fourth.
Dr. Buchman is repeating that feat as he runs on the Libertarian ticket for the Utah 3rd District congressional seat formerly held by Jason Chaffetz. Joe is a truth warrior, and PRG invites all to support his candidacy.
His campaign has just issued the following press statement:
LIBERTARIAN CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATE CALLS FOR DISCLOSURE
Joseph Buchman, PhD is one of three candidates currently running for Utah's 3rd Congressional District who have met FEC filing requirements. Dr. Buchman's district includes the Four Corners area, a portion of the Navajo nation and areas just East of the Tooele Army Depot, sometimes called "Area 52."
One of his key platform planks is a call on the United States Congress to reestablish its lost or abandoned Constitutional authority over military black budgets, especially those related to extraterrestrial issues and related technology.
Specifically Buchman is calling on the Congress to:
1) pass legislation to revoke any secrecy oaths signed by all military or private contractor personnel, related to waste, fraud, criminal activity and the ET issue, and then; 2) to hold open hearings on each of the above, including the disclosure of ET related government activities.
According to Dr. Buchman: Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man to walk on the Moon; former President Jimmy Carter; John Podesta, former chief of staff to President Clinton, founder and CEO of the Center for American Progress and transition team chairman for and advisor to President Obama; Bob Bigelow of Bigelow Aerospace, and New Mexico's Governor Bill Richardson have all called on the U.S. Government to do the same thing I'm demanding. I know I'm in very good company and on solid ground.
On 11 July 2017 Buchman was included in an unprecedented debate with three Republican Primary candidates and the candidate for the Utah-based Independent American Party. The Democratic Party candidate declined an invitation to debate. Video of that debate is available
HERE.
On 29 July 2017 Buchman made his third appearance as a guest on Coast to Coast AM. Audio is available

On 25 August 2017 Buchman will appear in a debate with both the Democratic and Republican Party candidates in Moab Utah.
